Our job is to respond to requests. Our day is planned by the e-mails,
faxes, letters and phone messages we receive.
Many times we are able to do the work ourselves, or have it done in our area.
On other occasions we simply become the middle-person,
putting missionaries in contact with those who might be able to help.
